2. Commission

The Affiliate will receive $100 AUD for each referred customer who signs up using their unique referral code and completes payment for the course in full.

If the customer pays:

• In full upfront → the $100 commission will be paid 1 month after full payment is received.

• Via 3-instalment plan → the $100 commission will be paid 1 month after the 3rd and final instalment is received.

3. Payment Terms

Affiliate payments are made via bank transfer or PayPal. The Affiliate must provide valid payment details to receive their commissions.

Payments will not be made on signups that:

• Request a refund,

• Default on payments, or

• Cancel before completing all instalments.

4. Promotion Guidelines

The Affiliate agrees to represent the Small Business Cashflow Course accurately and professionally.

The Affiliate must not:

• Make false or misleading claims,

• Offer unapproved bonuses or incentives, or

• Engage in spam or unethical marketing practices.

   

The Company reserves the right to revoke affiliate access if these guidelines are breached.

5. Tracking and Disputes

Only referrals tracked via the Affiliate’s unique code will be eligible for commissions.

The Company is not responsible for referrals that fail to use the correct code.

Any disputes about commission must be raised within 30 days of the transaction.

6. Independent Contractor Status

The Affiliate is an independent contractor and not an employee or agent of the Company.

The Affiliate is responsible for their own tax reporting and obligations relating to their commissions.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice.

Commissions will still be paid for any qualified referrals made prior to termination.
